Cutter ring is made by exclusive special alloy die steel.
The application of the most advanced hardness partition processing technology,in the aspect of heat treatment,make the hardness of disc cutter blade up to HRC57-59,hardness of inner ring up to HRC38-42.
Not only ensure the blade is of sufficient strength and wear resistance,and ensure the disc cutter ring will not fracture due to the high hardness when cutting high strength hard rock.
